Rainbow Quinoa salad

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tablespoons  honey or agave syrup
2 cups quinoa cooked
1 cup garbanzo beans
1 cup celery cooked
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup mixed bell pepper Red yellow and orange diced
1/2 cup green onions, diced
1/2 cup raw cashews
2 Tablespoons hemp seed
Apple cider vinegar, garam marsala olive oil and honey should be whisked together in a small bowl. Set aside
Combine the rest of ther ingredients,s tirring to combine in a medium bowl Then cover those ingredients  by drizzling apple cider  vinegar mixture  and toss before serving. Makes 3 cups
